This insole has a shock absorbing foam, combined with a carbon plate that makes power transfer to your pedals more efficient.
It's easy to move the insoles from one pair of shoes to the other, what ever is your choice for the day. And if you want a more flexible feeling, just remove the carbon plate.
The plate also absorbs and protects against shock and blow if you accidentally land on a bump or ledge.
For perfect with, you just have to cut it in the same shape as the current insole, and then put it inside and enjoy.
